Integral Yoga - Hatha Courses

The student learns a combination of asanas, deep relaxation and pranayama practices. They consciously explore the asanas at their own pace and with an open mind observe their experience. A good blend of effort and surrender, helps the student to enjoy the flow of energy. This in turn helps to achieve greater flexibility, strength, poise, and mental focus.

Hatha Yoga – Gents & Ladies 6.00 – 7.15 AM An Introductory course for new students, with step-by-step instruction on the basic asanas, pranayama and deep relaxation.
Hatha Yoga – Gents & Ladies 6.00 – 7.15PM
Pranayama Classes 12.00 – 01.00 Pm Pranayama is the regulation of the prana through a sequence of breathing techniques. Ideal therapy for physical and mental ailments.
Private Classes On Appointment One on one class
Meditation Classes On Appointment Through the practice of meditation one can master the mind, ultimately helping the mind to transcend its limitations.
PRACTICE CLASSES – 20 DAYS (MON – FRI)
Hatha I & II 6.30 – 7.45 AM An Introductory course for new students, with step-by-step instruction on the basic asanas, pranayama and deep relaxation.
Hatha I & II 6.00 – 7.15PM
Children’s Yoga 5.00 – 6.00 PM Yoga practices are adapted to suit child’s body and the child’s level of understanding. This will help children to relax and to develop better awareness and concentration.

Extra Gentle Yoga for Elders 3.00 – 4.00 PM This course consists of adapted poses, which can be practiced by almost anyone who can walk and breathe.
Prenatal Yoga On Appointment A special session of yoga poses and breathing practices modified for the lady who is pregnant and beyond the first trimesters.
Yoga for Special Children On Appointment A step-by-step, integrated system of poses designed to improve cognitive and motor skills in children with learning and developmental delays and disabilities.

Swadharma - One Day Workshop

This is a one day workshop for corporate executives which can be customized according to the specific needs of the group. This workshop is to remind the participants about their duty of caring for oneself.

The workshop will have sessions on Yoga, Pranayama, Relaxation and there will be invited speakers to give talks on topics related to physical fitness, mental agility and emotional balance.

Sadhana - Weekend Residential Retreat

As the name suggests, this retreat is conducted during the weekend and requires the participants to stay in-house. The retreat is for those who would like to take time off their mundane routines and immerse themselves in Yogic lifestyles for a couple of days.

The retreat will include sessions on Asanas, Pranayama and Relaxation. There will be talks on yoga and scriptures, satsangs, mouna practice and topics related to physical fitness, mental agility and emotional balance.

This ancient Yogic relaxation technique helps you overcome your mental, emotional and muscular tensions, deeply relax all aspects of your being and bring your latent talents to manifest.
