POSTNATAL YOGA

Postnatal care, also known as post-partum care, is essential for the physical and emotional recovery of the mother.

Postnatal yoga is designed to support the physical and emotional needs of women who have recently given birth. It aims to help women recover from childbirth, regain strength, and find moments of relaxation and self-care.

The class is designed to move around the needs of the baby and to give both mother and baby a lovely space to bond. Mothers should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program to ensure that it's safe for their specific situation.

PRENATAL YOGA

Prenatal yoga is designed for pregnant women to promote physical, mental and emotional well-being during pregnancy. It includes yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation exercises and preparing them for the experience of childbirth and motherhood.

When a pregnant woman practices Yoga she develops a deeper sense of awareness in her body. This guides her during labor, gives her confidence and faith in her own power. She will be in touch with her instincts and be able to let go of the fear and tensions that can inhibit the involuntary birth process.

It is essential to consult with the healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine to ensure it is safe for their specific pregnancy and health conditions. This program is in no way intended as a substitute for regular medical care, rather it is designed as a complement to the prenatal care program prescribed by their health care provider.
