DISHA
DISHA is a Sanskrit word which means "Direction", obviously implying the right direction. The name indicates the focus of the school on the direction to be trodden by the learners in achieving their life goal.
The Emblem
The image on the emblem depicts a child emerging from a lotus, our national flower. The flower grows in murky waters and rises on a long stalk above the surface to bloom to glory. The lotus symbolizes the purity of the mind, body, and soul which is highlighted by the posture of the child. The colours green, blue, and grey symbolize growth, trust, and wisdom, respectively.
