Hailstone customers can directly order spares by contacting spare sale engineers through call, email, or WhatsApp. Alternatively, they can also call a field service engineer attending the customer’s site.
The field service engineer can then pass on the requirements to the sales engineer. If the site is under the supervision of the Hailstone dealer, then the dealer will collect the requirement and pass it to the sales departments.
Usually, Hailstone has a good stock of regular parts. If the spare part is not available immediately, it will be made available in 3 to 4 days’ time. For fabrication items, Hailstone needs a lead time of 10-15 days.
