At BEDPE, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience — and that includes making
returns easy and stress-free.
Return & Exchange
Ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience is our top priority. While we perform thorough quality checks
before shipping, if a product is incorrectly delivered (i.e., it does not match your order confirmation) or
has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we are happy to accept returns and offer a refund or
replacement.
Please notify us at devyani@bedpe.in within 48
hours of receiving a damaged or defective product/service.
Return Process
To return a product, please ensure it is in its original packaging, including all original price tags,
labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoice, and any other items that came with it.
We will arrange a pickup within 4–5 working days from the date of your return
request.
Refund/Exchange Process
Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, we will process your refund or
exchange.
Please allow 7–10 working days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the
original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 7–10
working days for the refund to appear in your account.
We will notify you by email or phone once your refund or exchange has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products purchased during a sale or under special promotion
- Products marked as non-returnable in the product description
- Customized products made to your specifications
- Products returned without original packaging, price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card,
and invoice
