Shipping Information

Where are products shipped from?

All our products are dispatched from our facility in Mumbai, India.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped door-to-door through reputed courier services across India, directly from our Mumbai warehouse to your provided shipping address.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.

Can I ship different items to multiple addresses?

Currently, we can process only one shipping address per order. To ship to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at devyani@bedpe.in within 3 business days of placing your order. We will confirm if the change is possible. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, address changes are no longer possible.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer overnight or expedited shipping services.

What is the shipping time frame?

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days.

  • For orders with more than 5 pieces of the same product or for items under production, additional processing time may be required.
  • You will be notified by email if there are any delays.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday deliveries are not available.

Why is my order delayed?

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote shipping locations

You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent to your registered email or phone. If there’s no update within 48 hours, please contact our customer support at +91 7400047647 or email devyani@bedpe.in.

Why was my package undeliverable?

A package may be returned as undeliverable for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or outdated address: BEDPE is not responsible for errors in the shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be considered closed and are non-refundable.
  • Invalid address format: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a proper street address.
  • Refusal by recipient: If the recipient refuses the package, it will be returned. To avoid this, please inform gift recipients in advance.

What is BEDPE’s insurance policy?

All shipments are insured by the respective courier company during transit.

No. All prices listed on bedpe.in are inclusive of all applicable taxes. The price you see is the price you pay.
