Sandeep Chatrath
An engineer by profession , Sandeep Chatrath has 32 years experience of in vegetable seed Industry in varied role. He started his carrier as plant engineer in one of the renowned seed company of India in 1989 and with his commitment and hard work he rose to level of Vice President ( operations and quality) In his long carrier , he played various roles and was instrumental in establishing two start ups of Vegetable seed company along with able team . He has expertise all industrial and factory compliances , labour act. He has excellent administration skills with ability to lead a diverse team with cross functional responsibilities .His major achievement was getting the seed quality lab accredited to NABL , only second vegetable seed company in India to do so.


Rajiv Sachdeva
- Rajiv has a 3-decade experience ranging from Sales to Developing Sales People to Managing L&D and Strategic HR initiatives for myriad industry types.
- His journey in the corporate world spans from industry leaders like Alembic, Ranbaxy, NIS, GENPACT, GE Money, DLF and EmaarMGF. His last appointment was with Wipro as Director-Global Sales Enablement.
- During his years with and interacting with corporates as clients Rajiv successfully led one of the largest OD initiatives ever, for India Railways, facilitated interventions for Top/Senior Management of blue chip organizations, managed sales teams, designed and delivered Facilitator Boot Camps, and led Learning Functions & Knowledge Management teams to international recognitions.
- He has successfully led large scale OD initiatives in the areas of Leadership Development, Behavioral Transformation, Negotiation Skills, Sales Management & Coaching. He has a unique distinction of successfully facilitating Negotiation and Sales interventions across all the continents, sans Antarctica!
- In his own limited ways Rajiv loves to call himself a poet, with his creative expressions finding routes through the online medium.
