We deeply value any<br \/>\n                            contributions you make to restore rivers and save our planet by supporting its activities<br \/>\n                            through donations.\n                        <\/p>\n<h4 class=\"mt-3\">Legal Status and Tax Exemption details<\/h4>\n<p>Nallaramm is a registered as a Non-Governmental Organisation under the Indian Income Tax Act.<\/p>\n<p> Section 80G of the IT Act 1961 (No.N-13\/80G\/CIT\/Mys\/2009-10, dated 24 April 2009) \u2013 where<br \/>\n                            any Indian donor is entitled to claim deduction from their taxable income as applicable.\n                        <\/p>\n<p>Section 35 clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of the IT Act 1961 (F.No.203\/6\/2007\/ITA-II, dated<br \/>\n                            18 January 2008) under the category \u2018other institution\u2019 where donations made by Indian<br \/>\n                            business organisations or Indian citizens falling under the category of \u2018professional\u2019 or<br \/>\n                            \u2018self \u2013 employed business person\u2019 can avail deduction from their taxable income as<br \/>\n                            applicable.\n                        <\/p>\n<p>Nallaramm is also registered with the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi to receive foreign<br \/>\n                            contributions under the Foreign Contributions (Regulation) Act.
