Job Description :

Order released to the vendors & Receipt of Supplier commitment & co-ordinate for dispatches.
Submission of projects schedule to HO planning team & coordination with South supplier.
Analysis the trends, identifying potential risks & exploring new sourcing opportunities.
Developing & implementing sourcing aligned with the company goals & objective
Coordinating with cross functional teams such as production, logistics & inventory management to ensure the smooth supply chain process
Collaborating closely with CFT team to forecast demand, manage inventory levels & prevent stock outs.
Managing supplier contracts including terms & conditions, delivery schedules, payments & performance metrics.
Monitoring & evaluating supplier performance to identify areas for improvement process enhancements & best practise to optimize, efficiency, quality with cost effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports & presentation on sourcing metrics, supplier performance & market trends status.
Develop & implement inventory control strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock outs & reduce carrying costs.
Utilize inventory management systems to track & analyse inventory data, making informed decisions on stock replenishment & allocation.
Coordinate with procurement & suppliers to ensure timely & accurate receipts of goods.
Develop & implement standard operating procedures to optimize workflow & improve efficiency.
Preparation of MIS Reports & presentation on sourcing metrics.
