On the first 2 Fridays of the month, there would be a CauPeD (Caucuses for<br \/>\n                          Personality Development) session where two speakers are required to give a speech on the pre-<br \/>\n                          given topics (often Socio political issues) for a maximum of 7 minutes. On the 3rd and 4th<br \/>\n                          Fridays of the month, different types of debates are discussed from impromptu debates to oxford<br \/>\n                          style of debates and even Model United Nations type of structured debates will be held.<br \/>\n                          Additionally this year we propose month-long activities one of them is Book\/Movie Report<br \/>\n                          where a book\/movie will be unveiled at the beginning of the month and on the last session of the<br \/>\n                          month interested students can present their observations or opinions on the before said<br \/>\n                          Book\/Movie. This innovative platform motivates students, faculty, and alumni to convert their ideas\/ innovations into commercially viable products\/processes and promote technology-driven start-ups as per the guidelines of BIT-NISP [AICTE] policy. This is achieved by providing sufficient infrastructure facilities for accommodating new start-ups with technical support, mentoring, a seed fund for early-stage start-ups, a development fund for commercialization, the network for Industry-Institute collaborative student ventures, IP protection, technology transfer, and commercialization. This will also facilitate the utilization of the local resources available for creating employment opportunities and percolating the same for a large number of rural communities through self-sustainable start-up models in various disciplines of engineering and technology. In addition to this, it has strong collaboration with National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) and introduced the foundational and Advanced courses to the student community through Learnwise APP to expose them to the world of real entrepreneurship.
